• Contract. I have to collect of use the information so I can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

• I permanently delete your personal information from my customer management system after I have not heard from you for three years. 

• I keep copies of sweep certificates for the time required by law.
